Greater Faith & Deliverance Ministries is a Christ-centered church and community organization rooted in the belief that faith without works is dead. Under the leadership of Pastor Vincent and Co-Pastor Leslie Charles, the ministry has grown into a beacon of hope, healing, and transformation in Albany, Georgia.
The ministry's nonprofit outreach arm, The Faith Center Community Development Corporation (Faith Center CDC), extends that mission into the community through programs like the Summer Enrichment Camp, mentorship initiatives, and family support services.

Founder and Senior Pastor of Greater Faith & Deliverance Ministries and CEO of The Faith Center Community Development Corporation, Pastor Vincent Charles is a passionate teacher, mentor, educator, and community leader committed to "Teaching Truth & Transforming Lives."
In addition to serving in ministry, he is an educator at Commodore Conyers College & Career Academy (4C Academy), where he teaches and empowers youth academically and personally.
Pastor Charles is the Founder of Club 3TL and serves as Executive Director of Project Alpha Youth; initiatives focused on mentoring, leadership, and youth empowerment from middle school through college. He is deeply committed to strengthening families, supporting community outreach, and helping others grow spiritually, academically, and personally through faith, leadership, and service.

Albany State University: Political Science Faculty
Co-Pastor Leslie B. Charles serves faithfully alongside her husband with compassion, wisdom, strength, and a heart for empowering others. In addition to her ministry leadership, she serves as Administrator of The Faith Center Community Development Corporation and as a Political Science faculty member at Albany State University. She is also a proud honors graduate of the university.
A woman of resilience and unwavering faith, Co-Pastor Charles is an eight-year survivor of two types of breast cancer and boldly declares that she is not merely a survivor, but an overcomer. She remains deeply passionate about developing, equipping, and empowering youth and families spiritually, educationally, and personally.
